This notice explains what information this site collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It covers themortgagelens.org, published by Ryan Rybarczyk, a mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2849572) with Dynagen Lending LLC (NMLS #2179695).
If you go on to apply for a mortgage, Dynagen Lending LLC becomes the financial institution handling your information, and its own privacy notice governs that relationship under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This notice covers the marketing site and the inquiry form on it.
Reading the newsletter. Nothing is required to read any edition. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) are generated by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
The pre-qualification inquiry form. If you choose to submit the form, you provide information such as your name, contact details, the property and loan you are considering, employment and income you report, and general credit history answers. The form does not ask for your Social Security number or date of birth.
Third-party tools embedded on the homepage. The refinance, home wealth, and buyer pre-qualification widgets are operated by myhomeiq. Anything you enter into those tools goes to myhomeiq, not to this site, and is handled under myhomeiq's terms and privacy policy.
Information you submit is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with real estate agents, marketing lists, or lead aggregators.
No credit is pulled unless you authorize it. The form lets you choose a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score, a hard inquiry, which may, or to speak with us before any credit is reviewed at all. Your choice is recorded with your submission.
Consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email is optional and is never a condition of receiving credit or any service. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by asking us directly. Message and data rates may apply.
The form is served over an encrypted connection, and submissions are transmitted to Dynagen Lending systems. Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to satisfy recordkeeping requirements; short-lived operational copies held by the site are automatically deleted within 30 days. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to those who need it to work your file.
Requests go to the contact below and are honored promptly, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Michigan residents and residents of states with broader privacy statutes may have additional rights; we will honor those where they apply.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
